Bashar contributes to the physical side of the rover’s electronics: enclosures, high-current board assembly and shielding. His electrical-hardware role is concerned with how circuitry is packaged and integrated into a machine that must leave the bench and operate outdoors.
He joined HSM Aries in August 2025 and has shared the team’s progression through probing, AstroBio and autonomous-navigation trials. He also helped present the rover at Space Night Jena. His updates connect hands-on lab work with the enthusiasm of showing a student-built robot to the public.
