Tony Mathew

Tony brings an electronics and communication engineering background to HSM Aries’ Electrical & Power Systems department. His contribution sits within the work of integrating the rover’s electronic systems, alongside a team responsible for power, control hardware and embedded interfaces.

He continues his studies at Hochschule Schmalkalden and has also been named among the HSM-Terra crew at the Field Robot Event. Working with student robots in more than one programme gives him experience of collaborative hardware development beyond the classroom and exposure to the demands of outdoor robotics.
