Shivansh Mehta

Shivansh writes the embedded software that gives parts of the drill and science box their behaviour. His LEAP-One contributions include programming motors and limit switches and working with load cells—the interfaces through which mechanisms move, detect their limits and report measurements.

Although that work crosses into sampling and science, his home department is Electrical & Power Systems. He studies at Hochschule Schmalkalden and has experience at Dassault Systèmes. His interests in robotics and drones are reflected in a project role that stays close to hardware, translating instructions into controlled physical actions.
