Anish Paul

Anish contributes to AQUILA’s software within the Astroflight department. He is part of the effort to make aerial robotics useful to the wider mission, working alongside the drone team as it develops a reconnaissance platform to complement the rover.

His interests also extend into physical robot construction. The HSM-Terra team credited his mechanical contribution at the Field Robot Event, while his training includes Python and SolidWorks. That combination of programming and hands-on design gives him a useful perspective on the connection between software behaviour and the machine carrying it out.
